Whilst the groups are in the early stages, we welcome ideas on what you would like the groups to include. The aims of the group are to act as both a ‘self help’ group but also as a social opportunity. We hope to use some of the time to work on pain management strategies that we practiced on the programme, as well as share our experiences of keeping up with pain management.
